You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund for digital products. The return period begins on the date you receive access to download your purchased templates.

For physical products, if applicable, the return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be made within the 30-day return period
• For digital products, you must not have used the templates in any commercial projects
• The product must not have been modified, customized, or distributed
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The return request must be made through our official contact channels

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent.

Cost of Return Shipping

For digital products, there are no shipping costs as products are delivered electronically. Returns and refunds for digital products do not involve physical shipping.

For physical products, if applicable, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In cases where the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. For digital products, we will process your refund upon verification

Once we receive and verify your return request, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products that have been downloaded and used in commercial projects
• Customized or personalized templates
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse
• Products returned without proper documentation or proof of purchase

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. However, for digital content, this right may be waived if you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed and delivered. To cancel an order:

• Contact us immediately after placing your order
• Provide your order number and cancellation request
• We will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund if payment has been processed

Once digital products have been delivered (download links sent), orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.

For orders that have already been processed and shipped (physical products), cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item according to our Return Policy.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify your return request
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
